Existing Plant Upgrade

Project Overview:

Industry Group Services delivered a comprehensive upgrade to an existing plant, showcasing our full-service capabilities from workshop mock builds to on-site installation and electrical integration. This project demonstrates our commitment to precision, planning, and quality execution.

Scope of Work:

• Workshop Mock Build:
  A full-scale mock build was completed at the IGS workshop to validate design and ensure seamless site integration.
• Pump Installation:
  On-site installation of industrial pumps, including alignment, connection, and commissioning for operational readiness.
• Electrical Motor Control Centre:
  Installation and integration of electrical power and control systems, housed in a  CUBIC Motor Control Centre with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI control of VSD controlled pumps and process systems.
